Well Pack Printing Press LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Well Pack Printing Press LLC provides offset printing, digital printing, and packaging services including but not limited to: books, brochures, business stationery, packaging, large-format print, and finishing services from our facility in Industrial Area, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
All orders are subject to production capacity and material availability. Well Pack Printing Press LLC reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
All quotes provided through the portal or by our team are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Final pricing may vary based on actual artwork specifications, material costs at time of production, and quantity changes. Well Pack Printing Press LLC will notify you of any material price difference before proceeding.
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork meeting our specifications (available at /artwork-guide). Well Pack Printing Press LLC is not liable for print quality issues arising from non-compliant files.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you hold all rights to the content and indemnify Well Pack Printing Press LLCagainst any intellectual property claims.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment. Production commences after payment clearance. Completed orders must be collected or arranged for delivery within 30 days of notification.
Well Pack Printing Press LLC accepts bank transfer, cheque, and cash payments. A 50% deposit may be required for new clients or large orders.
Orders cancelled before production commences are eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees. Once production has begun, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.
In the event of a confirmed print defect caused by Well Pack Printing Press LLC, we will reprint the job at no additional cost. Claims must be raised within 3 working days of delivery.
Delivery timelines are estimates and Well Pack Printing Press LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, logistics partners, customs). Risk of loss transfers to the client upon handover to the delivery carrier.
Well Pack Printing Press LLC's liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
